Lawson/Infor HR PR Kronos Consultant: Long-term engagement (NorthEast)

Our client is seeking and exceptional Lawson HR PR Business Analyst Consultant for their operation in the NorthEast. Kronos skills would also be most welcomed.

This Healthcare organization is moving to a new ERP system. As such, they have a need to free up their current internal IS Business Analyst Team to focus on the new ERP implementation. Your role will be to handle *current* Lawson Systems and support business user needs, mainly focused around the HR PR arena. This particular position is a Payroll Business Analyst providing support for the Payroll modules within the Infor Lawson ERP System as well as other systems such as Kronos and Concur. This includes documentation of requirements with the business, functional specifications, documenting and understanding complex business logic, troubleshooting and resolving production tickets, and analyzing root cause of incidents and working with developers and the business to ensure reoccurrence does not happen. Skills Expertise in HR, Payroll and ERP Systems. Kronos, Success Factors, Concur, Infor Lawson would be an excellent combination of skills.

Compensation: The Hourly Rate for this role is OPEN and depends on the level of expertise you bring to the engagement.

Engagement: 40+ hours per week as needed by client. 9-12 month engagement. On-site work in the Northeastern US.

Lawson/Infor Finance Consultant: Long-term engagement (NorthEast)

Our client is seeking and exceptional Lawson Finance Business Analyst Consultant for their operation in the NorthEast.

This Healthcare organization is moving to a new ERP system. As such, they have a need to free up their current internal IS Business Analyst Team to focus on the new ERP implementation. Your role will be to handle *current* Lawson Systems and support business user needs, mainly focused around Finance/AP areas. This particular position is a Finance Business Analyst providing support for the Finance modules within the Infor Lawson ERP System. This includes documentation of requirements with the business, functional specifications, documenting and understanding complex business logic (for ex. signature authority approval matrix), troubleshooting and resolving production tickets, and analyzing root cause of incidents and working with developers and the business to ensure reoccurrence does not happen.

Compensation: The Hourly Rate for this role is OPEN and depends on the level of expertise you bring to the engagement.

Engagement: 40+ hours per week as needed by client. 9-12 month engagement. On-site work in the Northeastern US.

ServiceNow Consultant (Change Mgt, Service Portal/Catalog, SAP upgrade): SouthEast

Our client is seeking and exceptional ServiceNow Consultant for their operations in the SouthEast.

The client is currently setup with ITSM, Asset/Case HR and Facility Management. Will be adding PPM as well. Also, there are plans to roll out Service Mapping this year. Your role will have you assist in 3 aspects:

1. Change Management: Finish implementation. Finalize Design and layout, develop and implement Workflows for notifications, approval processes.

2. SAP Upgrade: Create categories/groups, notifications, and workflows to route tickets etc. Also, design/create a more user friendly/intelligent front end. Creation of forms for users to select sub-categories for routing tickets to proper internal IT groups.

3. Service Portal / Service Catalog: Introduce the Service Portal and redesign the Catalog. It is currently a straight lift and the client seeks a design that make it more graphical/informative/intuitive for users. A more categorized setup which will help to guide the user. Currently have about 300 applications. Seeking to also tie in to SCCM to automate.

Compensation: The Hourly Rate for this role is OPEN and depends on the level of expertise you bring to the engagement.

Engagement: 40+ hours per week as needed by client. 3-6 month engagement. On-site work in the SouthEastern US. Anticipating 50% on-site and 50% remote.

Workday Financials Consulting Engagement – Texas

Our client is seeking an exceptional Workday focused Project Management Consultant for a Workday Student implementation in Texas

We seeks a Workday Financials experienced professional who can assist in our current implementation project. Scheduled go live 1/1/2019. Specifically, we are seeking assistance with Assets, Suppliers and Testing.

Compensation: The Hourly Rate for this role is OPEN and depends on the level of expertise you bring to the engagement.

Engagement: 40+ hours per week as needed by client.

Lawson Finance / IPA Consultant: Long-term engagement (NorthEast)

Our client is seeking and exceptional Lawson Finance Business Analyst Consultant for their operation in the NorthEast.

This Healthcare organization is moving to a new ERP system. As such, they have a need to free up their current internal IS Business Analyst Team to focus on the new ERP implementation. Your role will be to handle *current* Lawson Systems and support business user needs, mainly focused around the Lawson Finance modules (GL, AP, AC, AM, etc.) as well as how Finance integrates with the Supply Chain module. Strong IPA will also be called upon and an ability to understand complex approval matrices for requisition and invoice approvals.

This is an excellent, stable long-term engagement opportunity.

Engagement: 40+ hours per week as needed by client. 12 month engagement. On-site work in the Northeastern US.
