Workday Finance System Analyst Consultant

Our higher education client has an immediate need for a Workday Finance System Analyst Consultant. Critical experience required includes Workday FDM, Financial Statements and Reporting, Endowment & Gifts as well as Payroll Accounting.

This can be a remote position. Full time hours are required.

  • Critical Projects and efforts currently underway:
  • Foundation Data Model: Evaluation and counsel of setup to remediate gap of meaningful data and reporting.
  • Financial Statements: Enhancement and counsel of client’s financial statements package, to eliminate manual intervention of allocations and worktags.
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Endowments/Gifts: cleanup and counsel of initial conversion and configuration of gift balances and gift ID/worktags.
  • Payroll: Clean up and counsel of errors related to earnings codes, payroll accounting posting rules, etc.

Compensation: The Hourly Rate for this role is highly competitive and depends on the level of expertise you bring to the engagement.

Engagement: 40 hours per week. 6+ month engagement.

Meditech Consulting Engagements

Our client is a Healthcare organization, located in the western US, seeking to bring on 2-3 Meditech Consultants for engagements running 12 months+. This hospital needs expertise in both the Clinical and Non-Clinical aspects of Meditech. The roles will start out in a Meditech 6.x support capacity, then move into more of an implementation focus, as the Meditech Expanse project unfolds in the near future.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Functional healthcare background in either the Nursing/Clinical areas, or Finance/Billing area.
  • Regular, recent, daily immersion in Meditech with a solid understanding of Meditech CORE (client is open to experience in either Client Server or 6.x)

Compensation: The Hourly Rate for this role is highly competitive and depends on the level of expertise you bring to the engagement.

Engagement: 40 hours per week. 12-15 months anticipated.

AP SuccessFactors Analyst/Administrator Engagement

Our client, a healthcare system in the Northeast, is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Analyst/Admin Consultant. You’ll be joining a team of five: three HR Secretaries/Admins and two Managers. The HR department is understaffed; they need help putting out fires and addressing the various issues that come at them. SuccessFactors is currently being supported by one of the Managers, who must be relieved by a Consultant who can provide day to day support including:

  • Basic Security - granting/changing user access, determining roles.
  • Running reports – basic skills, such as building reports from SAP canned reports, navigating the system, forms and fields and pulling them into reports. No Custom/Crystal reporting experience necessary.
  • Requisition maintenance (reassigning Reqs to Managers and VPs).
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Training.

Compensation: The Hourly Rate for this role is highly competitive and depends on the level of expertise you bring to the engagement.

Engagement: 40 hours per week as needed by client. 3 to 6 month duration. 100% remote for client in Eastern Time Zone. *Note that a laptop will not be provided – the consultant must have their own NON MAC laptop (Macs are not supported).

SuccessFactors Implementation Engagement

Our client, a large global manufacturing company in the Midwestern US, is seeking an exceptional SuccessFactors HCM Consultant to augment their internal team as they implement SuccessFactors. Currently, many disconnected systems are being utilized, and there is much excitement about aligning these disparate global systems. The client will be implementing all of the main SF modules.

This Consultants will be a DOER, who understands how a global SuccessFactors implementation should go and can provide guidance, make changes in the system, clean up data before porting it over, train the internal team, etc.

* Note that collecting and prepping data for the Compensation module is a particular area of need. Some level of experience with the Compensation module specifically will be helpful.

Change Management will be an important aspect of this project – communicating changes and getting the right materials out to the internal team.

Engagement: 40+ hours per week as needed by client. Anticipated 6-month engagement with potential for extension. Open to Remote work; any availability to travel onsite is helpful.

Senior Lawson HRIS Analyst / Project Management Consultant

We have an immediate need for a Lawson HRIS Consultant at a client Healthcare site in the Eastern US. Your role will be to first conduct an assessment of their current environment, and then serve as the hands-on lead to implement best practices and new functionality, as well as provide knowledge transfer to the in-house team. There is a lot of optimization work to be done, and this project is anticipated to run 6-12 months with the possibility of extension. The client has the green light to bring aboard a consultant immediately. Start date ASAP; can be adjusted based on your availability.

Engagement: 40 hours per week. 6-12 months with potential for additional extension. 100% remote; client in EST.

Senior Infor/Lawson ERP Financial Analyst

Our client, a Community Hospital utilizing Infor/Lawson ERP systems, seeks your APIA expertise. This will be a 100% remote engagement. This client has recently worked with Infor to complete the analysis/design aspects of APIA implementation. The client would like to bring aboard an independent resource, skilled specifically in the technical build/configuration aspects of APIA, to finish the process and bring them live. This role is anticipated to be a part-time, remote engagement to be done in stages over a 6 month period. We are anticipating a total of 300 hours to complete the engagement, however are open to considering different time estimates from a reliable and skilled APIA resource.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Prior experience implementing APIA specifically.

Compensation: The Hourly Rate for this role is OPEN and depends on the level of expertise you bring to the engagement.

Engagement: Remote, number of hour per week TBD as needed by client. Estimate completion over 6 month timeframe.
